THE DESIGN PROBLEM

Sunski is an independent sunglasses company based in sunny San Francisco. It launched as a kickstarter in 2011, and since then, the brand hasn't evolved or matured. Sunski found itself looking the same it did in it's training wheels and it was time for a change.


THE SOLUTION

A brand facelift and repositioning. We moved the brand further away from a stereotypical outdoor brand—and closer to a fashion lifestyle brand.

In collaboration with lettering artist Erik Marinovich, we first tackled designing a simple yet iconic logotype to support an iconic and sunny brand identity system.
